Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by winmyr through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the winmyr platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and winmyr as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of the updated version.
Users must be at least 18 years of age and meet all relevant local legal requirements to use this platform. winmyr reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on winmyr at any time. Registering a second or duplicate account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. winmyr reserves the right to verify your identity at any time via valid supporting documents. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and the forfeiture of any pending balance or winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. winmyr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing your account with any other party.
- Using automated software, bots, or systems to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the winmyr platform.
- Making deposits using a payment method that does not belong to you.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the winmyr platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as internet banking via FPX. winmyr does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial service provider.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and review. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your winmyr account. winmyr reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that raises concerns of fraud or illegal activity.
Winmyr is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators. Processing times stated are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect winning being credited to your account, winmyr reserves the right to correct the error, including deducting the excess amount from your account balance.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Winmyr will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. winmyr's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Winmyr reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if the user breaches any term in this document, engages in fraudulent activity, attempts to manipulate any game or system, or if required for security or legal compliance purposes. Any valid balance in an account closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the security review is complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the winmyr platform, including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of winmyr or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission from winmyr.

The winmyr platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided for user convenience only and winmyr is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Winmyr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the winmyr platform will be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under Malaysian jurisdiction.
